Follow the steps below to generate secure, QR-verified certificates.
Step 1: Upload Participant Data
Upload your prepared XLSX/CSV file containing participant information.
Make sure your name column is clear and properly formatted (e.g., Full Name, not “Field 1”).
Tip: For best results, standardise your data first using the Participant List Preparation tool.
Step 2: Upload Your Certificate Template
Upload your certificate background in JPG format.
Leave space on the design for the QR-code — usually bottom-right or bottom-left corner.
Recommended: Use a high-resolution template to ensure the QR-code scans correctly.
Step 3: Select Fields for the QR Certificate
Choose the participant fields you want displayed on the certificate — Name, Event Title, Date, etc.
In addition, the system automatically assigns a unique hash ID to each certificate to enable QR validation.
Step 4: Enable QR Code Placement
Use the QR placement controls to position the QR-code on the certificate:
- Adjust X/Y coordinates
- Choose QR size
- Preview position on the template
Drag-and-drop is supported for precise placement.

Step 5: Generate QR-Verified Certificates
Choose output format:
- JPG
- EML (for email sending)
